“We hired Normandy to do a complete kitchen remodel. It took us several weeks, maybe months, to come up with just the right plan because we didn’t want to knock out walls or windows—we wanted to leave the floor plan and exterior walls and windows intact. We wanted to get the best possible plan. Our designer, Karen Chanan, was very patient with us, and she kept us on track and her expertise was invaluable. We have a beautiful new kitchen that feels bigger, brighter, and more open. And it works! Once we had a plan, things moved as fast as promised. Our supervisor, Ken Garrison, always responded to questions and concerns quickly, often immediately, and when he said something would happen, it did. All of the workers on the project were professional and efficient—and careful and clean and tidy. While there were necessarily some messy days, they always did their best to clean up as much as possible before leaving for the day. We have only praise for Normandy. We are happy to recommend them, and we would hire them again.”

“We worked with Normandy Remodeling on a complete kitchen remodel the summer of 2011. We sought several bids ranging from neighborhood contractors to other full service remodeling providers. Normandy and specifically our designer, Leslie Molloy, listened and came up with a design that was innovative yet timeless, met our functional needs and our budget and reflected our personality. Our installer and project manager, Walter Peterson, was incredibly skilled and professional, and kind. When there were the few complications that are inevitable with such a job, we benefited immensely from Walter’s problem solving and craftmanship. Leslie stayed involved in the execution process as well and both were open to our suggestions and modifications. They were both responsive and committed to our project, seem to really like what they do and a pleasure to work with. The process was well orchestrated and everyday we are reminded how pleased we are with the outcome.”

“We discovered Normandy by registering for one of their extremely informative kitchen seminars …. we had only begun to think about renovating our kitchen. After listening to their designers and walking thru their showroom – it was easy for us to set an appointment with this company! Thus began the journey we are on right now with the Normandy team and our 2016 kitchen renovation!

From concept to design to engineers to their construction staffs… we have been impressed and every day is like Christmas as electric is installed, cabinets are hung and today (Saturday) our cabinet handles are installed & the kitchen sink is in place! Each & every crew is kind, fun and they treat our home as they would treat their own! Our designer & construction foreman are very easy to reach for any & all of our question or concerns. Yes, renovations are crazy, noisy, inconvenient and often loud — but Normandy prepares you & your pets to expect – there are NO surprises!”

“We are highly satisfied clients of Normandy. We would do this project again without hesitation. Leslie was creative and patient during the design phase. She really listened to our goals and our preferences and made the design process very easy for us. Leslie laid out 4 different designs very early on and showed us ideas we could never have thought of ourselves. Rick really took care of us during the build and his crews were always on time, very productive and did high quality work. We lived in the house during the entire project and we always appreciated their daily clean up and focus on safety. Rick was flexible on schedule when we needed to adjust and was able to keep the project to its original schedule. Our friends were amazed that we stayed on budget and schedule. Rick was also very responsive and patient as a few issues arose and made sure things resolved in a client focused manner. Rick really held our hand throughout the whole project and we couldn’t have asked for more from him. We know Normandy may cost a little more than most but we got every penny worth of it as the process went better than any project we have heard of from our friends and neighbors.”

“I can’t say enough about working with the professionals at Normandy. Jennifer Cross was our kitchen designer who made the entire experience so easy. She is so knowledgeable about all of the new kitchen products and she was exceptional when it came to designing the perfect kitchen for us. She is a joy to work with and we would love to work with her again. She took our ideas into consideration and helped us to achieve the look we were after. Also, our superintendent, Rick Ruh, was incredible at scheduling all the different contractors. He always kept in contact with us as to who was coming the next day and at what time. He was our superintendent a few years ago when we had our bathroom remodeled, and I requested to have him again. Perfection!”

Laura Barber, our Designer, was a joy to work with. She did an excellent job of understanding our vision, developing a detailed design/proposal, coaching and leading us through all of the decisions that were needed to be made. Laura was the reason we selected Normandy for this project.

The Normandy Team of (Andy our “Super” Superintendent, Jose, Marcos, Fred, Bill & John did an excellent job of translating the plan into reality. We love our new bathroom and look forward to enjoying it for many years. Without any hesitation we would highly recommend Normandy Remodeling. “We remodeled a large master bathroom. Karen Chanan, the designer, listened to our wants and needs and did not try to talk us into more expensive options. Bruce, who supervised the project, was very responsive to the minor issues that came up–even after the project was finished. The tradesmen were neat and their work was of high quality. We were given a timeframe of 6-9 weeks. The job was completed in 6 weeks.”

“Normandy Remodeling completed a major remodel of a 1960s home we recently purchased. The project included a new kitchen, bathroom, powder room, family room with small addition, which added complexity. The creativity of our designer, Leslie Molloy, was outstanding. She was able to take our wish list and make it reality. The entire Normandy team was great to work with. Everyone was very professional and responsive. My wife and I are both delighted with and proud of the final result. If someone is looking for high quality, absolute professionalism and great talent, then we would recommend Normandy. I don’t think they would be the cheapest quote out there, but as the saying goes, you do get what you pay for.”

“We worked with Liz Reifschneider at Normandy to gut our kids 1950’s bathroom and convert a walk-in cedar closet into an en-suite bathroom for my son. Right from the moment we met Liz we knew she was the right match for the job. Not only does she have excellent taste, but she quickly matched her recommendations with our style and she brought excellent ideas and recommendations to help us throughout the project. The end result was absolutely amazing! We had heard great things about Normandy from our friends and they definitely delivered! As such our neighbor is currently working with them to redo her kitchen and when we are ready to tackle ours, Liz and the team at Normandy will be our only call. Highly recommend!!”
